This is a long term Antepost bet for us and as you know we very rarely get involved in one for Cheltenham this early but from what we are hearing this race is tailor made for this and it for it.

This yard won this race last year with Yokhill and have won it 4 times of the last 9 runnings and indeed hold the record in the race for winners of.

Some of you will remember it doing us a nice turn at the Punchestown Festival last season and it could well have turned up at the Cheltenham bumper had they had it in earlier. https://shamrockexpress.co.uk/punchestown-day-3-2/

As it was they gave it an easy season safe in the knowledge that upped in distance and hurdles in front of it would be the making of it.

It comes into this season with a similar profile to Yorkhill and from what we are hearing it will be disappointing if it doesnt at least live up to what that has achieved .

It has entries this weekend and may very well take up one of them and if it does what is expected then the price will tumble.

It is also rare that we get involved in a Mullins one for Cheltenham this early(except for Quevega) as it is well known that  things do chop and change with him having such a large battalion  but our man is adamant that there is only one race this will turn up in.
